Join Drs. Shehzad Malik and Yasir Abunamous, and Herbalist Wray Sargent, CAM, for a casual conversation on the benefits of prioritizing and optimizing healthy lifestyle from the perspectives of both traditional and modern medical paradigms. This session we will focus on the topic of STRESS!
The doctors have invited our Store Manager, Wray Sargent, CAM to sit on the panel to share aspects of stress reduction with the aid of plant medicine.
